DIONNE BRAND is a poet, novelist, and essayist. Her books include Nomenclature, her new and collected poems, What we All Long For, and Theory. She has won the Governor General’s Literary Award and the Griffin Poetry Prize, among others. Brand is the Editorial Director of Alchemy.
