Junot Díaz’s fiction has appeared in The New Yorker, Paris Review and the yearly anthology, The Best American Short Stories. His debut story collection, Drown, was a national bestseller and won numerous awards. His first novel, The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, won the Pulitzer Prize in 2008. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New Jersey, Díaz lives in New York City and is a professor of creative writing at MIT. His new book is This Is How You Lose Her.
